We want your stay at Phinney's Brook to be as relaxing and comfortable as possible, so we offer these ammenities:

- clean, comfortable rooms with private bathrooms

- electric fireplace in each guest room

- two indoor guest lounge areas
- an ample selection of books, DVD movies and games

- delicious hearty breakfasts

- coffee, tea, hot chocolate, available 24 hrs per day located in upper guest lounge

- outdoor sitting area overlooking the river

We offer three rooms:

The Wisteria Room - $125 per night

This room has a king-size bed with down bedding, a 19" LCD TV, a bay window overlooking the front garden, an in-room Jacuzzi tub, an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Lovely antiques accent this room.

(Off season rate is $115 per night)

Beach House Room - $110 per night

This cozy suite has a queen-size bed with down bedding, a 19" LCD TV, a large claw foot tub including shower

(Off season rate is $100 per night)

Queensland Room - $100 per night

This light-filled retreat comes with a double bed with down bedding, a spacious bathroom with shower, a 19" LCD television.

(Off season rate is $90 per night)

Off Season rates begin November 1st and end May 31st.

Please note: 1 night deposit is required when reserving a room. If you must cancel your reservation you must do so 72 hours prior to arrival or your deposit will be forfeited, unless we can rebook your room. Check-in is 2 p.m. Check-out is at 11 a.m. $10 reduction in rates apply to single guest reservations. If you have food restrictions please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We are a non-smoking home.
